TWO EXPERIENCED HARD LANDSCAPERS REQUIRED – COMPETITIVE SALARY PLUS BENEFITS

With at least three years’ experience of being a hard landscaper with a successful track record of on-site project management, you can be relied upon to do high quality work come rain or shine. From paving, brickwork, decking and fencing through to booking hire equipment and all aspects of site layout and preparation, your colleagues respect your wide-ranging skills and clients value your advice.
As our name suggests, our standards are high and you can expect to have the chance to do your best work and if you’re successful in the role, you may in time step up to be become the Contracts Manager, overseeing all projects and build teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A wide range of landscaping skills including paving, stonework, carpentry, fencing etc.
- A full, clean driving licence (you will have access to our company vans for business use)
- Physical fitness and good timekeeping
- The ability to work on your own initiative and be a team player
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bags of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new construction skills on-site
- Project and site management experience
- Local to Didcot/South Oxfordshire

Your physical fitness means you won’t mind getting your hands dirty and your colleagues will know that they can trust you, both to work on your own initiative and be a team player. In short, you’ll have both the right attitude and a natural aptitude for landscaping. Previous experience is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Previous experience within a landscaping or construction environment
- Professional, presentable and polite when dealing with clients
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Physically strong and willing to learn new skills
- Able to drive to site independently, on time every day
- Local to Didcot/South Oxfordshire area
